Job Description

Scorpios Bodrum is looking for a Beach Club Manager that will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Beach Club, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and maintaining the quality standards set by the Scorpios brand. You will lead, motivate, and develop the Beach Club team and ensure financial targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Beach Club’s subareas: Beach Restaurant Private Cabanas & Leisure Sunbeds, ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring feedback is communicated and improvements are made where necessary.
• Lead, train and mentor the Beach Club team to ensure consistent service standards.
• Schedule staff shifts, monitor staff performance and conduct regular evaluations to provide feedback and areas for improvement.
• Manage Beach Club revenues and expenses, ensuring profitability targets are achieved.
• Monitor daily sales, manage inventory and control costs to ensure efficient operations.
• Foster a welcoming and engaging environment for guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure the food quality and presentation meet brand standards.
• Ensure that guests have an exceptional experience by training and coaching staff in Scorpios hospitality standards.
• Collaborate with the hosting and reservations team to optimize table assignments and guest flow.
• Work closely with the Board of Directors and Head sommelier in
  order to align operations and promotions.
• Generate reports on the F&B operations, guest feedback, and performance metrics based on Scorpios reporting standards
• Attend regular management meetings and provide updates on Beach Club’s performance, challenges, and opportunities.
• Ensure that the Beach Restaurant, Private Cabanas & Leisure Sunbeds adhere to health, safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• English Knowledge
• Turkish National
• University Degree or Technical Institution
• Working experience in similar role for minimum 5 years (preferably in 5* hotels, or high-end restaurant)
• Effective communication skills and pleasant personality, willing to support peers, the manager and the team of him/her
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Adaptable and flexible profile
