Subsidiary of Schwartz-Hautmont which located in Bursa, looking for a “Production Engineer”

Main Duties and Responsibilities

- To be sure that safety is always the first rule.

- Providing technical support/solutions to manufacturing processes.

- Understanding product specification and customer requirements

- To reach your goals with high quality products according to standards and drawings.

- Coordinating other departments against to problems in production.

- Performing the production controls and make analysis, take necessary steps to prevent same mistakes.

- Monitoring the use of raw materials and consumables and take into account to reduce costs.

- To make the biggest goal “Continuous Improvement”.

 Your Profile

- New graduate or experienced.

- Engineering background preferably background in manufacturing.

- Ability to read and analyze of technical drawing.

- Experienced in problem solving methods.

- Strong time management and organizational skills.

- Excellent command of written and spoken English and/or Spanish.

- High level communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage several projects at the same time.

- No restriction for travel.

- No military obligation for male candidates
