QUALIFICATIONS

·       University degree in Electrical Engineering

·       Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing (Especially LV/MV)

·       Ability to communicate, organize and work with in team

·       Self-motivated and challenge the business with high energy

·       Excellent cooperation skills with analytical skills

·       Having sense of detail and able take initiative and responsibility

·       Candidate are supposed to be positively energized due to challenges in work

·       Take a pro-active approach to customer satisfaction

JOB DESCRIPTON

·       Manage the preparations of technical and commercial proposals for LV Equipments

·       Coordinating tendering activities with internal and external departments

·       Being in very close coordination with internal departments to reach feasible results both technical and commercial

·       Review and manage the customers requests for quotation into an optimum solution

·       Act as the internal contact point for internal and external customers during the enquiry and bidding processes and follow up after order receipt

·       Keeping a prioritized listing of outstanding tasks

·       Respond to customers questions and requests in a timely and efficient manner.

·       Clarify subsequent documents and to prepare detailed tender documentations in a timely manner

·       Follow up and support project execution process for post order actions
