Sales Support Specialist

Job Description: 

Your main responsibility will be successfully driving sales excellence to improve sales team efficiency and managing product portfolio to ensure seamless business operation of current and new product families.

• You will support and guide sales teams in executing product strategies
• Platform & prioritize potential customers by utilizing public data sources
• Manage all necessary documentations for all Secure Power products including Declaration of Conformity, Product Test Documents, Datasheets, Brochures, Leaflets, Product runtime tables
• Review order processing and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
• Monitor supply chain management and inventory levels
• Provide data and guides to help sales teams
• Assist product launch processes from development to execution
• Follow-up generated LEADs sales teams, inside sales and Customer Care teams
• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in managerial science departments

·Maximum 2 years of experience in sales or trade management role

·Team player with strong interpersonal skills

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems

·Result oriented, analytical, good time management skills

·Strong problem-solving skills

·Good knowledge on Microsoft Excel
