• Master or Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in project management and planning strongly required
• Knowledge of ITSM tools and project management tools are beneficial
• Responsible for developing and maintaining a good and professional relationship with our customers and operational teams on site
• Ability to analyze, design and implement new processes highly required
• Strong controlling, negotiation, advisory and training skills
• Team Player
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and implement them
• Residences in Gebze/Kocaeli
• Driver’s license needed

İŞ TANIMI

• Works in close collaboration with the business units to understand the process owner’s issues and requirements.
• Drives synergies across the business by understanding business processes
• Implements solutions in accordance to local and global IT strategy & policies
• Supports infrastructure and end users in the agreed upon SLAs
• Manages the implementation, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems (PCs, iMacs, different kinds of hardware and software)
• Good technical background and hands-on mentality to manage servers and network systems
• Team Management of the on-site staff, including development and trainings
