In order to recruit our plant in Gölcük / Kocaeli, we are immediately looking for a MATERIAL PLANNER with;

Qalifications

• Degree in Industry Engineering
• Experience in the field of material planning / administration and logistics
• Experience in the automotive industry responsibility in supplier branchling (preferred)
• Negotiation in price and technical requests
• An analytical mind with result oriented work style
• Good command of written&spoken English
• Team player, ability to manage a team
• Conceptual and planning skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent business applications especially Microsoft Excel
• Experience in field of purchasing in term of including technical specification preparation , launch and communication
  
• Experience of physical Logistics management in production field and warehouse areas
• Resident in Kocaeli (Korfez, Derince, Izmit, Golcuk)

Job Description

• Ensure material availability including resolution of shortage issues
• Managing the whole purchasing flow from supplier investigation,  offer request, technical specifications preparation, followup the job and make the acceptance protocols
• SAP purchased orders creation and invoice followup with suppliers
• Support the physical Logistics area management in terms of labelling, FIFO, cleanliness… etc
• Support the follow up of problems related with Forklift&Reachtruck&Transpalets
• Maintenance of master data (articles, price, supplier, etc.)
• Demand planning, order generating and delivery tracking
• Stock monitoring and management
• Planning of transports and time windows
• Tracking of deadlines in terms of change management
• Communication with customer and supplier
• Tracking and documenting of supplier delivery performance
• Management of critical situations in terms of procurement of parts
• Monitor supplier performance
• Support of the container management process
• Initiating and support of cycle counts if stock discrepancies appear
