Qualifications:
•Minimum 2 years job experience in database marketing within a digital service provider company / digital agency / telco company.
•Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) ,
•At least 1 year of experience with reporting and dataanalysis,
•Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM,marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
•Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
•Experience in optimizing landing pages and userfunnels,
•Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics,NetInsight, Omniture,WebTrends),
•Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
•Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
•Proficient in marketing automation systems ,
•Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’ssuccess.
•Critical thinker and problem-solvingskills,

•Proficient in both spoken and written English.
Job Description:
•Overseeing digital acquisition and retention campaigns monitoring their performance and return on investment.
•Collate and report back monthly on performance statistics for all digital communications across all channels.
•Coordinating the relations with the performance agency.
•Using the CRM to maximise online marketing opportunities.
•Monitoring return on investment for the different online marketing campaigns.
•Monitoring Social Media accounts ensuring all copy is relevant for the different platforms.
•Managing the content diary for social media content.
•Keeping up to date with changes and advances in social media and advising on new channels and approaches to adopt.
•Monitoring social media for brand mentions and engaging with customers where relevant.
•Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems.
•Daily work with marketing automation, CRM, data services, and lead management methods
•Analyze marketing and salesdata.
•Develop insights and make recommendations for improvement.
•Monitor, manage and maintain data quality with in the marketing database.
