Qualifications:

•BS / MS in Statistics, Mathematics,Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or other related technical discipline,

•+3 yearsproven experience in Customer Relationship Management field especially in e-commerce,banks, start-ups or telecom companies,

•Deep knowledge about Business Analysisand Data Mining,

•Experienced in data management, marketing automation tools and querying languages (qliksence,Emarsys, SQL,

•Experienced in campaign and project creating for marketing, sales and customer satisfaction pillars,

•Strong analytic thinking and having creative and problem solving mindset ,

•Open tocommunication, has a background in working cross functional teams,

•A good command of office programs,

•Having presentation skills, multitask personality,

•A good command of English,

•Completed military services for male candidates,

 Job Description:

•Day to day managing and executing, CRM based campaigns to drive revenue, customer satisfaction and brandmetrics regarding company's overall strategies,

•Designing and running data mining and segmentation sactions related with strategies and needs,

•Establish and implement database marketing initiatives to analyze and report on complex data to meet customer needs and providing recommendations /solutions,

•To create action plans based on the results of the analysis and optimize process,campaigns,work flows to improve efficiency and increase output,

•Ensuring  SMS,email, push and other campaigns creative and technical quality working with related  departments,

•Campaign and periodic reporting.

•Knowlodge about RDB (Postgresql,MariaDB,...) andNoSQL (MongoDB,Redis,...)and query languages,

•Basic knowledge about Python/Php/Bash.
