If you are searching for a company where you can make a difference in textile industry, we’re looking for you!  As an R&D Engineer, you will focus on advancing the understanding of the impact of fiber properties and textile structures on fabric and yarn. 

• Minimum 4 years Bachelor Degree in Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering,
• 0-2 years of experience in textile manufacturing or development,
• Technical knowledge of at least one of the following areas: Yarn Spinning, Knitting Processing, Fabric Dyeing, Printing and Finishing,
• Desire to work in factory environment and manufacturing industry,
• Strong trouble shooting, problem solving, creative and critical thinkingskills,
• Demonstrated ability to be self-motivating and ability to handle multiple tasks,
• Good level of English,
• Male candidates must have completed the military service,
• Desire to live in Gaziantep.

İŞ TANIMI

• Collaborate with other R&D engineers and technicians to contribute on research project on topics such as research modify/improve current textile manufacturing processes or develop new concepts and new products,
• Participate in the product development teams, partnering with engineers to provide ideas and suggestions for improved design concepts and qualification activities,
• Linking the chemical, physical and mechanical properties of fibers, textiles, and flexible composites to new fabric and yarn products,
• Partnering with team members from sales, marketing, product development teams and external cross-functional stakeholders to identify and develop innovative products,
• Focusing on understanding the impact of raw materials, processes and other external factors on the durability of final product performance,
• Work with schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, develop layouts and perform other duties, responsibilities as assigned.
