Quality Control Specialist

As Novartis Technical Operations, we are looking for a Quality Control Specialist that will be responsible from the following processes:

- To take related GxP and local procedure trainings.

- To abide to the cGMP & GLP rules.

- To do the sampling for the packaging materials according to the SOPs and specifications, make their analysis, and prepare the reports with related documents.

- To carry out the works in laboratory in compliance with relative SOPs (Standard Operation Procedure) and apply new methods fully.

- To write the required reports of the works done.

- To follow the CoA from packaging material suppliers and supply the missing ones. Control the warehouse records with the labels on the the materials during sampling.

- To be incontact with packaging material suppliers , to perform the controls of their artwprks and trail samples and give appropriateness.

- To support team leader to follow up packaging program and do analyse schedule for samples.

- To prepare Master files and ensure that they are used properly and supply the related samples.

- To follow, control and report the changes in packaging materials specifications and artworks.

 - To fill down equipment log books, follow up forms.

- To inform Quality Conrol Engineer about laboratory investigations in the same day which any result doesn’t comply with the specifiations or expections.

- In the event of improper function of equipment, to inform qualification/calibration responsible.

- To share the workload with others in accordance with the work program, support the other groups and participate in the group work.

- To strictly comply with working safety rules in laboratory and, if necessary, warn the other employees with regards to this matter.

- To perform daily controls of bench and equipments in his/her responsibility.

- To use the equipment, consumption materials and office stock in laboratory properly and economically,

- To take the necessary precautions in terms so working safety and cleanness.

- To calibrate equipment which she is responsible for and to document the calibration.

- For business contunity inform the quality control engineer and responsible people for necessary materilas or any other.

- To share the workload with the team leader about controlling documents, creating documents, reporting and artwork pocess if needed.

- To train the new analysts about making the analysis and to participate in their analysis if necessary.
