QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

General:

•               University degree, ideally in Business Administration or Economics

•               Minimum 6-7 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting and planning

•               Global manufacturing company experience is preferable

•               Knowledge of statutory & international accounting & reporting standards

•               Strong analytical ability including the use of related analysis tools with a high level of energy and dedication

•               Task oriented and capable of working with strict deadlines

•               Strong interpersonal & communication skills

•               Willing to be a team player

•               Knowledge and skills about ERP/SAP systems

•               Excellent command in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

•               Fluent in both written and spoken English

•               No military obligation for male candidates

 

Job description:

•               Leading financials in month/year end closing & reporting activities

•               Forecasting, business planning, budgeting & strategic planning including periodical revisions

•               Provide management with accurate, relevant business analysis to support monthly operational reviews and ad-hoc requests, and ensures timely and accurate information

•               Builds a creditable Business Partner relationship with Site Leadership Team, Commercial team and Global team

•               Gives non-finance functions advise on finance related subjects

•               Perform analysis to evaluate risks or opportunities; make recommendations to Leadership Team to mitigate these risks

•               Conduct evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities, support operational excellence project’s financial validations

•               CostCenter Budgeting, Standard Costing and Variance analysis, Controlling and Business Partnering with key stakeholders

•               Reports to Site Finance Lead
