QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Production Systems Expert (Temp.)

- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemist, Industrial Engineer

- Preferably with two years experience in pharmaceutical production

- Solution oriented

- Excellent verbal and written English skills

- Strong communication, negotiation and operational skills

- Ability to work shifts if required

- Preferably has good knowledge of SAP, MES-Werum system,

Purpose:

The Production Systems Specialist is responsible for carrying out and developing activities related to the systems of the production unit, and participating in the resolution of related issues.

Major Accountabilities:

• Define user requirement specifications (voice of customer)
• Design and create Electronic Batch Records (EBR) with respect to quality, cost and deadlines
• MBR / BOM / Recipe creation on production IT systems
• Participate in qualification and risk assessment processes
• MES Expert providing technical expertise to support all issues related to Electronic Batch Records (EBR). MES Expert supporting MES deployment, implementation and continuous improvement in the manufacturing units and providing routine technical support on the shop floor.
