QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • 3 years of experience in Planning/Production/Logistics
  • University degree preferably in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • English (fluent spoken/ written) German (fluent spoken/written)

İŞ TANIMI

Establish optimal demand plan for the tactical horizon (midterm horizon 3 to 24 months) including demand assumptions, inventory levels and operational cost according to budget. •Manages demand control activities (short term 0-3/4 months, within the time fence) and provide inputs to MPS and detailed scheduling. •Owns the Demand process providing inputs to S&OP including coordination with Customer and Global functions. •Manages monthly demand review cycle and meeting to challenge demand figures (Forecast/Net Req) based on historical data, product life cycle and trends for the assigned CPOs. •Ensure direct communication with CPOs, plant-internal and -external stakeholders & partners with regard to output of the internal production changes decided in the S&OP meeting and based on agreed Service Level Agreements •Acts as a point of contact for follow-up on time delivery dates and quantities •Acts as a point of contact for the escalation process related to supply shortages and Order changes requests. •is responsible for maintaining SLAs and support related Planning Parameter set-up & alignment with CPOs (e.g. MOQ, lead times) •Ensure GMP, HSE & Regulatory compliance. •KPi reporting & analysis related to demand & supply. •Actively support local & global process improvements •Sub-contractor Management •VMi process management To ensure that GMP requirements defined by MOH, Novartis Quality Manual is completely and effectively implemented. To comply with Novartis Information Security policiy & rules To comply with Novartis Privacy declaration & procedures To inform related department in case security events & violation
