We’re seeking an EHS Engineer who has will and ambition to work in our Eskişehir Plant.

Skills and Qualifications:

• BSc. degree in Engineering, preferably Environmental, Chemical, Mining, Mechanical Engineer.
• Good knowledge on health and safety and environmental legislations and requirements.
• Experience in EHS management in industrial companies.
• Understanding international EHS perspectives and principles.
• Effective EHS leadership (working with teams and collaboration between teams).
• Effective business management in EHS (budget, planning, monitoring, reporting, change management, improving, training etc).
• Agility, resilience, problem solving, communication, analyzing, reporting, result orientation, project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• No restrictions to travel.

Job Description:

• Management of Environment, Health & Safety targets and operations.
• Be an ambassador of EHS Culture and Policies (plan, control, audit, teach, improve, create).
• Develop EHS perspective in organization with trainings, audits, controls, plan and reportings.
• Coordinate with all levels of the facility to determine EHS priorities & targets.
• Improve and perform EHS risk assessment management.
• Maintain ISO Certifications and any other certification for EHS.
• To make any kind of legal and regulatory reporting requirements within the organisation.
• Create projects to increase the value of EHS in group.
• Lead Environmental and Sustainability projects, Risk Prevention and Health & Safety Pillar activities.
• Lead sub-contractor operations with site audits, permissions and controls.
• Preparing and reporting environmental report or impact analysis based on regulations.
• Generate a continuous improvement plant in terms of Sustainability and Environment.
• Perform annual EHS and audits plan and organize plant’s audits.
• Reporting EHS & Sustainability details to related managers.
