Denim Team Leader

We are engaged in designing and short-term producing of clothing and related articles. For our Marketing Department, we are looking for Team Leader;

• University degree, preferably in textiles,
• Minimum 10 years experience in a similar position, preferably denim,
• Fluent in both written and spoken English,
• Able to work in a dynamic environment, being pro-active and fast for all the proceses,
• Able to work in flexible working-hours if necessary,
• Well organized and strong daily follow up skills,
• Strong analyzing and problem solving skill,
• Be fast and tidy in details,
• Experience in fast production,
• Have strong sense of quality and fashion,
• No travel restrictions,
• Male candidates should have completed military service obligation.

İŞ TANIMI

•         Ability to understand brands needs and transfer it to commercial design concepts,
•         Practical understanding of the production capabilities of the supply base,
•         Ability to understand/ amend/ comment to technical needs,
•         Knowledge of fabric sourcing and ability to use this to its full potential,
•         Work and time manage work load.
•         Ability to source the fabric and accesories, new suppliers according to the customer needs and trends.
