GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

SEV is a big family comprised of 10 schools as well as a publishing house with more than 1000 employees and 5000 students.

We are looking for an "Executive Assistant To General Manager"  with following qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS

  •        University degree,
  •        Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant,
  •        Correct grammar, punctuation and spelling in Turkish and English,
  •        Advanced MS Office skills (e.g. excel, power point and word),
  •        Excellent planning and organization,
  •        Strong coordination and communication skills,
  •        Detail orientation and multi-tasking,
  •        Ability to exercise independent judgment,
  •        Self-motivation, strong work ethic, attentive to details,
  •        Research, prioritizing, and follow-up,
  •        Proactively working against deadline pressures.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  •         Providing executive level assistance to the General Manager,
  •         Extensive meeting planning and calendar management,
  •         Arranging and coordinating business travels
  •         Coordinating topics with internal divisions towards result-orientation,
  •         Preparing reports and presentations,
  •         Documentation, record and file keeping,
  •         Managing Board/Trustee meetings; organizing, keeping and distribution of legal documentation (e.g. roster, agenda, minutes),
  •         Acting as recording secretary in meetings and coordinating and following-up of action plan items.
