Project Development Lead

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or business administration or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• At least 5 years professional experience
• A proven track record and successful reputation of project development in clean energy and technologies
• Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry
• An entrepreneurial mindset and in-depth knowledge of the industry
• Effective project management skills
• Analytical skills, strategic thinking and capability to develop business cases with an attention to detail
• Ability to assess and present information in a clear and convincing manner
• Interpersonal skills and ability to interface with all levels of internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities: 

• Identify and create business opportunities in the growing Turkish market of renewables and innovative and clean technologies
• Assess and quantify attractiveness of opportunities and provide market intelligence and data to support investment decisions
• Lead and/or support approved investments throughout the full project lifetime
• Identify the needs for outsourcing and maintain the communication with contractors and consultants under the supervision and the approval of the management
• Develop contacts with existing and potential counterparties and stakeholders in the industry
