Strategy And Investments Specialist (Associate)

Our client, which is one of the leading players in energy and service sectors, is looking for a "Strategy and Investments Specialist (Associate)” with the following requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity and/or management consulting
• Bachelor's degree from a leading university in finance, accounting or economics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English
• Strong analytical abilities
• Excellent financial modeling/valuation and presentation preparation skills
• Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Can adapt to dynamic work environments and flexible working hours
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Flexibility to travel
• Preferably residing / will be able to reside in Istanbul Anatolian side                               

 JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Conducting extensive financial modeling and valuation
• Preparing internal and external presentations and other written materials
• Conducting industry and market research, assessing industry and company-specific trends
• Working closely with the senior management team to originate, coordinate and execute transactions, including tax and legal structuring, and due diligence
• Developing internal memorandums, and participating in internal investment approval process for principal transactions
• Preparing financing documentation
• Participation in structuring of company’s corporate and investment strategy
• Preparing strategic business plans for various investments and entities
