Job Description: 

• Monitor and manage the financial model 
• Provide updates to the financial model together with the financial model advisor 
• Manage auditing of the financial model by financial model auditor 
• Monitor obligations and liabilities from financing agreements, project agreement & schedules and ensure that SPV delivers its obligations on time 
• Provide status reports on a monthly basis to keep the CEO & the CFO informed of the financial progress and also report the status in terms of financial compliance 
• Manage availability payment and service payment calculation and invoicing process with the authorities 
• Together with the CEO & the CFO, manage formal correspondence with the authorities 
• Manage payments of the company including personnel payments 
• Together with the CFO, handle the communication with all of the internal and external parties related to financial issues, including the external auditors 
• Provide the data or reports in accordance with financing agreements and project agreement & schedules 
• Fulfill ad hoc data or report requests of the lenders 
• Identify the financial risks and propose solutions 
• Assist the CFO to manage and monitor cash flows and loan disbursements/repayments 
• Assist the CFO to identify financial status by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts 
• Assist the CFO in preparing financial reports 
• Assist the CFO in budget & forecast process 
• Assist the CFO in preparing presentations for Board Meetings 
• Assist the CFO in preparing and monitoring the budget of headquarters 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering 
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar position
• Advanced knowledge of Financial Modeling and Project Finance 
• Experience from international consultancy companies, financial institutions or advisory departments of Big Four is a plus 
• Intermediate Level of IFRS, accounting and taxation knowledge 
• CFA is a plus 
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint 
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to complete projects timely and accurately 
• Agile, self-motivated, self-disciplined, good team player and result oriented 
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
