We are looking for an "Investor Relations Manager" to join our team in Rönesans Gayrimenkul Yatırım headquarters located in Maltepe/İstanbul.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Engineering,
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance (equity research, corporate finance) and investor relations,
• Proficiency in English is a must,
• Excellent use of MS Office programs,
• Advanced level of presentation & reporting skills,
• Knowledge and understanding of the capital markets, as well as an understanding of key metrics for companies in the industry,
• An understanding of financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors,
• Experienced in financial statement analysis, capital markets and IFRS Reporting,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Adaptable to an intensive work schedule and meet tight deadlines,
• Team player with analytical mind-set and willingness for research and development; Ability to multi-task and follow up while working with cross functional teams,
• CMB Level 3 license, CMB Corporate Governance license (preferably),

Job Description

• Developing communication materials, including earnings announcements, investor presentations, and conference call scripts,
• Overseeing the Investor Relations website to ensure it remains current with recent financial disclosures through KAP,
• Monitoring and reviewing analyst reports about the Company and its peers,
• Preparing comprehensive reports including interim activity report and other regulatory reporting in compliance with Capital Markets Legislation,
• Addressing ad-hoc requests from the company's top management team, shareholders, and investors,
• Tracking performance metrics, current and potential investor interest, and analyzing financial data, industry trends, and competitor behavior,
• Actively participating in regular dialogues and Investor Relations marketing activities with equity analysts and investors, such as one-on-one meetings, roadshows, and calls,
• Regularly sharing analytical methods and key insights to provide perspective on analysts' comments.
