QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

One of Rixos Hotels’ Premium hotel is looking for Quality Assurance Manager with qualifications that enable them to work in an international team.CVs must be in English and interviews will be only in English.

Plan and lead each IBU and realted HODs to achieve ISO certification,
Manage QC tools and create QIRs.
Lead the KPIs and oversea MBOs cycle
Provide KPI updates to the GM & Group Manager of Quality
Support L&D with the TNA
Develop, coach & support Training Ambassadors at property level

Experience in hospitality sector is a definite must
Minumum 5 years experienced in ISO 9001 and ISO 22K systems
Fluency in English.
Experienced in ensuring the quality of the food productions processes.
Experienced in ensuring the quality of the hotel concept and department functions
Able to give effective trainings
Able to direct and coordinate other departments’ training plans.
