• Min 3+ years experience within IT and Project Management,

• Knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment

• Strong knowledge of CRM processes,

• Ability to coordinate or run multiple projects

• Strong documentation skills,

• Experience in user flow design, UX, and UI for giving best guidance and contribution to project design

• Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level

• Fluent English communication skills

• Additional work experience as a Salesforce, other CRM systems, or software developer is a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work closely with the customer to identify and document project requirements.

• Document business requirements and functional design specs

• Confirm technical requirements and assist with the development of technical specifications.

• Create detailed project analysis documents and project flows

• Manage project timeline including milestones

• Create Stories, tasks and documentation as needed to support the product backlog

• Drive change management, overall project control, and team participation.

• Capture key decisions during project meeting and keep stakeholders and project resources informed

• Conduct regular project reviews, gathering feedback from all stakeholders
