QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Rephine Ltd is a UK-based company that offers specialist consultancy services to the primary and secondary pharmaceutical industries worldwide. Founded in 1998, Rephine has become a global market leader and a preferred supplier of third-party audits. Rephine supports pharmaceutical manufacturers in producing medicinal products that meet regulatory standards by providing bespoke, cost effective solutions.


Rephine Ltd has recently incorporated a subsidiary in Turkey and we are looking to employ a native Turkish speaker to help us support and grow our customer base in Turkey and the Middle East. This is a remote role with access to serviced offices in Istanbul for client meetings and will require regular visits to clients within Turkey and the Middle East. You will receive full support and training from our head office located in Stevenage, UK.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Secure new business from both our existing client base and through prospecting new relationships within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails to generate new leads
  • Develop relationships and introduce clients to the full range of services provided by Rephine
  • Manage the sales cycle from start to finish and maintain records on CRM
  • Develop understanding of the wider pharmaceutical industry to enable you to support the compliance and regulatory requirements of your client base
  • Travel to visit clients within designated region


Required Skills:


  • Fluent Turkish and English (both written and verbal)
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical industry preferred, although full product training will be provided
  • Awareness of the direct relationship between sales activity and sales success
  • Outgoing and natural communicator
  • Demonstrable B2B sales experience including cold calling, min 1-year experience
  • Experience working to sales revenue targets and meeting KPI’s
  • Pride in what you do and a desire to exceed expectations
  • Strong writing skills
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Location - Commutable distance from Istanbul preferred
