Rent 'n Connect is a fast-growing travel technology scale-up. We provide products and services that help travelers to stay connected at all times. With offices in London, Berlin, and Istanbul, and products that offer high-speed coverage, we offer connectivity solutions at affordable prices wherever you go.  Our products are Rent ‘n Connect - Portable Wifi Device Rental platform; TripBackup - live concierge and assistance application; Concierge+ - Smart Room Phone service for hotels and travel businesses. 

Rent 'n Connect started its operations in 2014 providing mobile hotspot rental services in Turkey. In 2018 we launched Berlin and London offices and started offering services all over Europe. Today, we are a fast-growing company with more than 50 employees offering coverage in more than 130 countries.

We are a young, service-oriented, dynamic and ambitious team and now, we are looking for a capable İstanbul Airport Operations Support Specialist to join us. 


We’re looking for people who have/are:

  • 4th-year university student or fresh graduate

  • Flexible with working hours including weekend and night shift

  • Service-oriented, helpful personality

  • Practical, creative problem solver

  • High sense of personal responsibility, hard-working,  willing to go the extra mile

  • Strong sense of team and willing to teamwork

  • Good with time management and planning

  • Good communication skills, verbal and written

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel

  • Fluent in English, writing, and speaking, Arabic is a plus

  • Willing to work at our Istanbul Airport office


In this role, you’ll get to work on the following areas:

  • Follow up with customer orders face to face 

  • Cooperate with partner companies to ensure that customers receive their orders on time

  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, amendments, cancellations 

  • Track and manage İstanbul Airport office device stocks

  • Respond to customer emails, manage information flow

  • Handle other ad-hock operations and face to face customer relations

  • Coordinate with Operations Support team and help with the support process whenever needed 

  • Manage the device recycling process
