Sales & Technical Support Specialist:

Job Description

· Establishing and maintaining direct relationships with customers via regular contact with production, purchasing and executive representatives of the companies.

· Regularly visiting domestic customers to conduct sales and technical support functions.

· Providing support and solutions to lamination problems experienced by the customers and/ or make appropriate suggestions for improvement. To be able to contact our company’s production facilities in Europe for further technical assistance when necessary.

· Delivering detailed product and technical presentations and demonstrations in accordance with the customer requirements.

· Providing detailed monthly reports to Sales Director.

· Other duties as assigned or requested by the management.

Qualifications we look for in a Successful Applicant

· At least 2 years of experience within PVC window profile industry or PVC window profile lamination field.

· Preferably have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, applied science or similar technical discipline from a reputable university or with an equivalent background.

· Demonstrated mechanical, electrical and motion systems experience (positive) preferably in profile wrapping machines.

· Broad commercial experience and highly developed analytically skills.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to use MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Power Point and knowledge about Salesforce.

· Good communication skills both in English and Turkish.

· Flexibility, negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure and commitment.

· A customer and service-oriented appearance.

· No travel restrictions within Turkey and abroad. A valid driving license with active driving experience.

· No commitment to military service. (for male candidates)

· The location is in our head office in Istanbul.
