Reed Turkey is looking for a “Trade Marketing Category Manager” for its multinational client that operates in FMCG industry.

QUALIFICATONS:

·         Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in related departments,

·         5-7 years of experience in a similar position,

·         Skilled in sales competencies (understanding, planning, selling&negotiating and managing)

·         Decision making and problem solving ability,

·         Good planning and communication skills,

·         Good analytical skills and interpersonal relationship skills.

·         Fluency in English,

·         No military service obligation for the male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

·         Implements appropriate Category development actions in conjunction with the Trade at the point of sales,

·         Works with Marketing function and implement new promotional activities and display, on the basis of the needs collected by the Trade Channels,

·         Define the placement guidelines for shelf, checkouts and second placement,

·         Monitors and analyses category, competition and consumer market data in order to identify business opportunities and develop new category development plans,

·         Contributes in the definition of promotional or marketing projects for the category,

·         Proposes the sales volume budget per category paying particular attention to the profitability of the category,

·         Ensures in line with business objectives the proper management of the budget.
