QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a SALES FORCE EFFECTIVENESS MANAGER  for our multinational pharmaceutical company with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree. Master degree preferable.
  • Min. 3 years experience as a SFE Manager in the pharma industry.
  • CRM and Business Analytics Projects Implementation experience is required
  • Very good command of English
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, efective teamwork.
  • Strong analytical and strategical skills ,interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Project management and cross-functional working experience
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
  • No restriction for travelling.
  • Completed military service for male candidates.
  • Preferably resident in İstanbul European side.



JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible from all Business Intelligence projects related with sales and marketing departments, and reporting directly to Sales-Marketing and Commercial Director,
  • Monitoring the changes in IQVIA database applications, ensuring the flow of information between the IQVIA and the company.
  • Establish and maintain Mobile Intelligence systems in order to provide a strong decision support system for marketing and sales organization
  • Analyze business needs and customize the systems/processes in order to respond to the changing business environment by direction giving comments and/or contributions
  • Preparing performance reports of field force for all business units,
  • Preparing and presenting monthly sales dashboard for the management team,
  • Preparing regular competitor and market data analysis and other ad-hoc analysis depending on business unit needs,
  • Preparing field team bonus calculation to the finance department,
  • Lead the design of the fieldforce structure and territories
  • Maintain and adapt the segmentation and targeting model to current business needs
  • Provide KPI reports and ad-hoc analysis to sales and marketing team based on regional sales and activity
  • Provide regional sales reports for first line managers and sales representatives
  • Provide Responsible for the local support/ implementation of all sales Tools (CRM, others)
  • Training and coaching of Field Force in the respective field of expertise
  • Define the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of sales force in accordance with the company strategy and routinize KPI reporting
  • Drives continuous insights development and business process optimization for marketing and sales organization
