We are operating in homecare business with Finish, Vanish, Marc, Calgon, Cillit Bang, AirWick and Woolite brands. Apart from the Local HQ, we have a production plant located in Turkey. Together with two locations, we are a big family working collaboratively to enjoy sustainable growth of the business.  

Our biggest aim is creating a purpose for all of our brands to achieve our mission ‘Create a Cleaner World’. Our purpose journey has started with Finish brand with the campaign of ‘Promise Me’. We asked millions of people to make a promise to stop prerinse and save 57 litres of water per dishwash. Finish will continue this campaign until it leads a behavioral change in society to save Turkey’s water.

If you want to be a part of our amazing team, weare looking for a "Supply Finance Controller"for the following responsibilities;

•  Lead the team of four individuals in supply finance area & partner with cross functional supply team to drive robust control framework & finance processes.

• Generate accurate monthly results, perform variance analysis against last year and plan, monthly supply KPIs review. Monthly results review with FD and Regional teams.

• Gross Margin Variance Analysis against LY & Plan. Lead to initiative to use Anaplan GMVA tool.

• Quarterly TP conversion into landed cost and analyse category wise impact.

• Partner with x-functional team to drive Cando saving projects and compile & report project wise saving numbers

• Work closely with supply director to finalize plan & FC2 forecast inline with regional guidelines.

• Perform monthly and quarterly stock count and reconcile & report the variances.

• Drive continuous improvement in process and systems (could include ERP upgrades)

• Build a capable and competent team in supply Team Management 

Do you have...

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related with previous exposure to Supply Chain Finance / Controlling?

• 6+  years work experience in a FMCG Finance function?

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel? And JD Edwards knowladge is an asset.

• Fluency in English?

• Ability to analytical approach, inquisitive and very high attention to details?

• Problem solving skills?

• Ability to work cross-functionally? 

The person will act as a Business Partner with Factory and Supply Services by providing financial analysis, reporting and forecasting enabling informed planning and decision making.
