For Human Resources Specialist Position;

• Residing in and around Istanbul Kağıthane,
• Graduated from relevant departments of the university,
• No travel restrictions (Reason for preference)
• Good command of English (written and spoken),
• Giving importance to diction and oratory,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage the publication of job advertisements, personnel selection and recruitment processes,
• He/she will be responsible for the preparation and protection of personnel files,
• Establish policies and procedures to ensure workplace rules and order,
• Provide a positive working environment by responding to staff requests and complaints,
• Manage the orientation and training processes of the recruited personnel,
• It will provide performance auditing of employees,
• Will organize Occupational Health and Safety trainings,
• Follow up on Vocational Training and Development programs,
• Carry out the procedures of the personnel who leave their jobs,
• Maintain the department's records and reports,
• Will carry out payroll processes,
• Will carry out KVKK, SSI, labor law and payroll processes,
• He/she will manage relations with official institutions,
• Will be able to follow up employee leave and report,
• It will ensure the creation of files from the recruitment of personnel to their dismissal,
• Officially maintain correspondence and negotiations with the SSI and the Employment Agency in accordance with the legislation,
• Ensure that personnel productivity measurements are made and reported,
