The Randstad Turkey team is growing!  We are searching for a great  "consultant/senior consultant" who’s ready to tackle an exciting new chapter in their career.

• University and/or Master Degree 
• Excellent customer service skills and a natural sales ability
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment industry as a consultant and/or in B2B sales function,
• Excellent communication, both verbally and in writing English
• You are a people and sales person who makes conversation easily
• You are targets driven and thrive on the pressure of meeting and driving results
• You are more than a little competitive (in the good way!)
• You have strong business understanding
• You are organized and manage your time like a professional
• You enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• You need to be passionate, ambitious, results-orientated, high energy, focused, adaptable, tenacious, a good listener and not afraid of hard work.

İŞ TANIMI

• develop and maintain a customer database,
• make sales calls to new and existing clients (including cold calls),
• follow up on sales activities,
• negotiate with clients,
• ensure that close relationship with client portfolio is established by carrying out continuous visits to existing and new clients,
• contributing to department profitability.
• follow up on recruitment activities,
• conducting phone interviews,
• managing research processes,
• organize face to face interviews .
