Method/Process Engineer

·          Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Departments (Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electrical Engineering)

·         Good written and oral communication skills in English

·         Strong oral and written communication skills & team work ability in a multicultural organization

·         Proficient using Microsoft Office

·         Knowledge in plastic part forming and welding

·         SAP Knowledge will be preferable

·         Solidworks knowledge will be preferable

·         Minimum 3 years experience in related field

·         No restriction for domestic & abroad travel, 

·         Having a valid driving license

Job Description

·         Leading FMEA process

·         Determine methods of improvements with tools like 5S,

·          Hoshin & SMED Study and design of production and control equipment

·         Drafting of technical requirements related to equipment and production means to be acquired

·         Testing and acceptance of acquired industrial vehicles

·         Realization of the lay-out of installation of machines and plants

·         Production assistance during start-up and in FDPR

·         Realization of changes and improvements due to product changes, quality issues and actual     technologies

·         Identify bottlenecks, document and create management tool to manage bottlenecks.

·         Contributes to the achievement of the Productivity objectives
