QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related 
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in digital marketing preferably in the luxury lifestyle industry (hotel  or related other luxury industry) content management,
  • Ability to prioritize, organize work assignments and maintain follow-through
  • Perform job function independently with minimal supervision, even under pressure, but also work cohesively as a team
  • Extremely detail-oriented with task-mastering abilities
  • Ability for conceptualizing and accurate in all actions
  • Service excellence in mindset
  • Ability to ensure security and confidentiality of guests and hotel data
  • Ability to enforce hotel's quality and brand’s procedures, etc.
  • Clear thinker who can analyze and resolve problems with good judgment
  • Balanced analytic and social approach


İŞ TANIMI

  • Co-development of Digital Marketing Strategy with DOM and Dr of Digital Marketing New East Region
  • Development, execution and evaluation of hotel digital marketing tactics in all applicable channels in line with Marketing Strategies.
  • Maintains detailed and updated knowledge hotel & competition services/features/products
  • Tracks competition tactics for consumer marketing efforts and revenue (digital or other)
  • Collects and analyze hotel performance data as per DOM and DOR direction,[BE(1]  Daily Revenue Reports, Google Analytics, Acronym Monthly Reports, STR, P&L, etc.)
  • Develop campaigns for B2B and B2C’s identifying need periods and markets, followed by the analyses of its results.
  • Determine digital media budgets and manage spend for the highest ROI
  • Makes quantitative trend analysis and forecasts for all revenue centers to support DOR, DOS and DOM in decision making
  • Helps related Departments establish Yearly Promotional Calendar for all revenue areas
  • Deploys digital marketing, revenue management and content management tactics on tools such as (but not limited to) Ice Portal, Brand.com, AccorHotels.com, Social Media Channels, and all applicable 3rd Party Apps and websites.
  • Leads Content Marketing Efforts with DOM
  • Maintains superior “brand.com” to attract wider audiences by constantly updating content always in “Raffles Guidelines”; leaving strong digital footprint (with SEO and other link generation efforts).
  • Strong knowledge on digital advertising channels in the market, tools and trends
  • Creates content and builds hotel newsletter
  • Manages Digital Marketing and Social Media agencies
  • Leads, executes and evaluates Social Media tactics to help drive budgeted revenue
  • Conducts social media photography and videography suitable to brand guidelines by being in touch with relevant photo / video artists and agencies.
  • Forms local and international influencer relationships and develop projects for online PR
  • Compiles Monthly Statistics Reports (as per DOM and DOR) for Stakeholder Meetings and Corporate Office
  • Leads and executes Hotel’s CRM Efforts, Dbase Management, Loyalty Programs and Reputation Tools for Content Management, Solicitation, Direct Marketing, Promotions and Guest Recognition purposes
  • Acts as a critical member of RevPRO meetings
  • Helps Sr. Department Heads with Cost Budget for Marketing & Revenue Departments
  • Maintains owned media & tools including hotel advertising screens, in-room tv’a and ipads
  • Tracks online reputation management with Quality Manager
  • Builds strong relationship with Zorlu Center marketing team to utilize Zorlu Center’s marketing channels and loyalty program.
  • Handles other tasks assigned by DOM and DOR, including but not limited to ownership
