The role:

You’ll be the PwC Professional. The skills and behaviors accelerate your contribution as a high performing team member who engages with clients in interactions that create value with the purpose of building trust in society and solve important problems.

  • Prepare our clients for changes driven by multiple initiatives and ensuring that all stakeholders have a clear understanding of why, what needs to change and how the change will happen
  • Help the client build change readiness capability through stakeholder, change readiness and impact analyses
  • Help client program management office in implementing the changes within the scope of the program with organizational, process, technology and people perspectives
  • Our clients' change programs range from short strategic engagements to large transformational programs
  • Help the client in designing a communication strategy as well as preparing and helping the implementation of the communication plan
  • Put PwC’s robust “People-Centric Change Management” Approach into effective use that is based on making it personal, seeing the bigger picture, prioritizing what matters and using real time data to iterate that will help client focus on leadership alignment, skills & behaviors as well as people engagement, using various tools and methods
  • Measuring, reporting and continuously improving the change journey experience
  • Project duration ranges 6-18 months with some projects being run out of Istanbul
  • Our client services under our “Culture, Leadership & Change” Capability: change program management, strategy development, leadership alignment, communication planning, training solutions, people assessment and organization alignment

Capabilities that we need:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in internal HR roles, Organization Development, HR/business consulting and/or communication roles 
  • Excellent project management skills as well as client, stakeholder, people, time & budget management 
  • Solid technical skills in change management; an organizational architect! 
  • Unafraid to take initiatives, flexible, resilient; able to handle ambiguity! 
  • Ability to create insights using real time data 
  • Creativity and agility in solving client issues in a VUCA environment 
  • Self-motivated with positive disposition! 
  • Able and happy to use networks and relationships! 
  • Helpful, considerate and kind 
  • Always a good learner! 
  • Co-operation and teamwork oriented with high level of integrity
  • Commitment to ethical and moral conduct in all relations 
  • Very good command of written and spoken English
