QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The firms of the PwC network provide industry-focused Assurance, Tax and Advisory services to enhance value for clients. More than 220,000 people in 157 countries in PwC firms across the PwC network share their thinking, experience and solutions to develop fresh perspectives and practical advice.

PwC “Business Development & Marketing” team is looking for new team members to be a part of our expanding practice.

Purpose:

Support Business Development strategy with relevant intelligence accumulated via qualitative and quantitative search methods.

Job description

  • Manage online client feedback process for Client Experience and Service Experience Surveys
  • Define sample with Business Development Team Leader and Clients & Markets Leader
  • Run the CF operational process in the Qualtrics system
  •  High level reporting and present the results at Partner meetings
  •  Agree on necessary actions with Line of Service Leaders and take role in the change management
  •  Learn how to conduct business design workshops with internal stakeholders via working on client experience projects with PwC Experience Center team
  • Participate PwC Europe calls and follow best practices
  • Call detractor clients to gain intelligence for development areas
  • Do in-depth interviews with C-level client contacts when necessary
  • Do Priority Account visits with Senior Review Partners

Required competencies / personal skills:

  • Graduated from Business Administration, Economics or related departments of a reputable university
  • 2 years’ of business development experience
  • Researcher with a strong focus on qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
  • Experienced in “In depth interview” technique and capable of running F2F interviews with C-Suite
  • Good communicator with strong interpersonal and analytical skills as well as a methodological and conceptual intellectual power.
  • Energized by complex problem solving and ability to push the innovation on solutions
  • Organized and creative / able to present outputs
  • Ability to create insights from data to action points
  • Able to create value added reports
  • Very high standard of fluency in both written and spoken English
