To strengthen our team in Tire/ Izmir, Turkey we are looking for:

Technical Engineer 

(Tire/Izmir, Turkey)

Your Mission

• Responsible for planning and execution of all maintenance activities of the plant (production machinery & equipment, building, utilities, facilities, wastewater treatment plant), in cooperation with production team
• Contributing to technical and investment purchasing process and contracts management by working in cooperation with purchasing team
• Supporting the management of digitalization and automation projects working in cooperation with Global IT and Global Engineering Teams
• Performing the technical evaluation of the suppliers, the evaluation of the different equipment available on the market and their adaptation to the required processes
• Responsible for spare part management, maintenance work permits and localization projects
• Monthly cost control of investment projects and maintenance, energy, environmental expenditures
•  Leading Maintenance pillar in Operational Excellence activities

What we expect from you

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering from a reputable university
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical or maintenance team of a production plant preferably in FMCG sector
• A high level of analytical ability to drive the processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
• Fluent in English
