Research & Development Project Specialist

We are looking for “Research and Development Project Specialist” who will be included in our success story for a growing team ofPulver Powder Coatings.

Pulver Powder Coatings is the largest powder coating company in Turkey, and ranks second in Europe; has been exporting the greatest amount of coating in Turkey and has 5 offices based in Europe including Germany, Russia Moscow, Russia Kazan, Romania, and Ukraine.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and/or German,
• Project engineering and /or management experience is an asset,
• Analytical thinking, result oriented and fast in action but with detailed planning,
• Customer oriented problem solver who can identify root causes and recommend corrective actions,
• Great aptitude for continues learning and self-development,
• Team worker and strong communication skills,
• Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs,
• Living or willing to live Kocaeli or İstanbul (Asia)

Responsiblities

• Developing, conducting and coordinating customer based projects according to specifications or customer requirements,
• Making the project plan by conducting literature studies within the scope of new product development,
• Following up product development projects.
