Prometeon Tyre Group is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join the Sales Operations team in Turkey company the Group is based in İstanbul. The workplace will be mainly in Istanbul HQ. (Hybrid working model)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or related industry preferred
• Min. 2 years of experience in sales support or customer service
• Customer-oriented approach
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• To be prone to cooperation and team work,
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and balance priorities
• Very good problem solving skills
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Good command of English

Job Description

• Assure the right management of the orders and of the flow of products related to the assigned customers and channels
• Managing customers' order to delivery operations and after sales processes (i.e receive the customer orders via phone calls, emails and process throughSAP, act as a liasion between the customer and PTG logistic execution to ensure orders are being shipped as per customer requirements )
• Being responsible for processing orders, return inquiries and requests through SAP
• Managing logistic issues with warehouse team and the logistic company
• Working closely with Sales Team, Pricing, Finance and Logistic Departments regarding all customer-related issues
• Supporting Sales Team regarding orders/customer's payment status and technical issues
• Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the entire process
• Preparing datas/reports as needed and sharing with related departments
• Providing marketing/commercial info to customers (i.e.: promotions, reduced prices, and so on)
• File and update the customer master data about the clients, cooperating with Administration & Control.
• Guarantee the customer service level by managing and programming the shipping activities
• Main responsibility 80% Turkey and 20% AFME&CIS
