JOB DESCRIBTION 

Industrial Engineer will have opportunity to work on the following fields:

Perform capacity and man-power analysis to achieve the targets of the factory

Implement Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and follow-up of the machinery

Define and deliver digital way of working projects through out the different area of manufacturing facilities

Coordinate and follow Industry 4.0 project with all related functions

Promote and ensure the deployment of the actions set in the yearly Efficiency Action Plan, in agreement with the operative functions of the plant

Implement Lean Management projects in the concepts of Kaizen Projects, 5S, PDCA, 7 Types of Waste, SMED and Value Stream Mapping

QUALIFICATION

We are willing to work with a professional who wants to make a career in industrial process and will be part ofIndustrial Engineering Department ofIzmitFactory with following experiences and skills : 

·         Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from a reputable university

·         Minimum 3-4 years of experience as Industrial Engineer/Continuous Improvement in Production

·         Strong skills about analytical thinking, decision making andproblem solving

·         Having experience with Digital Way of Working and Industry 4.0

·         Excellent verbal and written skills in English

·         Good command of MS Office applications

·         Having knowledge of coding with Pyhton or other platforms

·         Military service must be completed for male candidates

·         Live/Willing to live in Izmit/Kocaeli
