QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

 One of the European leaders in Enterprise Risk Management and Wealth & Asset Management solutions, Prometeia is looking for a Junior Staff Help Desk for its Istanbul office.

 

DESCRIPTION:

The selected candidate will give 1st level support on enterprise applications and company hardware through the management of support services for on-site and off-site colleagues and he/she will be responsible for collecting reports, handling IT and telematics requests, and resolving related issues. The candidate is expected to be in the office on the weekdays.

 

MAIN TASKS:

Support in ICT budget process (contacts with suppliers, inventory of expenses, costs check)

Support in the compliance field with reference to the KVKK process

Support in ICT devices and processes implementation

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High school or university degree in computer science disciplines

Having gained work experience at least 1-5 years in the ICT function of structured companies.

Good knowledge of the English language is essential (especially written)

 

SOFT SKILLS:

Excellent diagnostic, problem solving, communication, self-organization, time management and teamwork skills

 

LOCATION:
