IT Project Supervisor

Our client is a multinational group of companies operating in the Automotive Sector. Currently ranked as Europe’s second largest automaker, a French Multinational Manufacturer of automobiles and motorcycles sold under different brands in all over the world. In order to strengthen their marketing team, the company is in need of high potential “IT Project Supervisor".

Key responsibilities of the position:

• Determining business requirements and demand
• Following special IT projects,
• Ensuring the effectiveness and due dates of each project by coordination between operation and third party solution provider,
• Preparing project plan, functional and technical specifications documents
• Coordinating with clients and consultants to successfully complete the project in time and quality
• Coordinating internal resources and/or vendors for the flawless execution of projects,
• Having accountability for the project including budget control, accurate and timely weekly status reporting and change control,
• Realizing budget foresights (cost analysis, training expenses, software purchasing and maintenance contracts etc.),
• Managing central IT systems in coordination with PSA project teams,
• Following up the continuity of the applications,
• Ensuring the accuracy and security of the systems.

Required Qualifications:

•      Min. 3 years experience
•      Experience of methodologies such as PMI (or equivalent),
•      Automotive sector experience,
•      Advanced MS Office tools knowledge including MS Project,
•      Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (French will be an asset),
•      Having strong team working, analytical thinking, time planning and tasks follow-up skills,
•      Having strong interpersonal and communication skills,
•      No military obligations for male candidates.
