General Qualifications;

Bachelor or Master's Degree,

Minimum 8 years experience and at least 2 years of it as a business partner,

Having good command of spoken and written English,

Dominating master level of MS Office programs,

Having experience in the formation stages of the organization's talent management, performance management and career management,

Capable of empathy and strong business relationships,

Result-oriented, analytical and problem-solving,

A good team player with strong motivation, showing a high level of energy within the team,

Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic multi-tasking working environment,

No travel obstacles.


Job description;

Ensuring in a systemic manner for the conduct of human resources processes that policies and procedures are kept up to date,

Configuration and finding solutions that will ensure the strengthening of the company's human resources applications,

Identifying and carry out the recruitment process and hiring needs of the organization,

Creating backup plans for critical tasks,

Ensuring the recruitment of talented employees to the group within the framework of talent management process and conducting studies on the development and retention of talented employees,

To ensure the Career Management Process, promotion, assignment, coordination of the rotation process, provide tracking and reporting

Expanding and ensuring that the processes are carried out in the framework of pricing policies,

Establishing processes for effective performance management, guiding unit managers and in this way take the lead on critical performance goals

To carry out studies in order to strengthen the employer brand and create communication channels,

Establishing internal communication channels and activities for the purpose of establishing a favorable working environment and employee relationship and reporting the activity budget to the management,

Building strong relationships with employees of the company, to be in close contact.
