We are looking for a lawyer who will work for Prime Development Proje Geliştirme Ltd. Şti. Legal Team and in harmony with the whole team.

 Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in law,

·        Master degree in Corparate Law or Real Estate Law will be an asset.

·        Minimum 5 years of legal experience,

·        Fluency in English and excellent command of legal English,

·        Expertise in the field of Real Estate Law and Consumer Law, excellent command of Real Estate Law, Zoning Law, Consumer Law, Commercial Law and Law of Obligations,

·        Expertise in all kind of real estate, Shopping Center management and leasing Contracts,

·        Experience on contract drafting and negotiations,

·        Problem solver and team player

·        Previous in-house or an international law office experience is an asset.
