Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Materials Engineering. Master of science is preferred,
• Experienced in quality control for more than 4 years, medical device experience is preferred Knowledge of ISO QMS
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Experience in management of employees
• In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Problem solving skills
• Able to work well within a team
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self motivated
• Ability to prioritize the workload and effective time management
• Able to review, trend, analyze and report data using databases and/or Excel
• Good command of English,
• Male candidates must have completed their military service
• Preferably residing or able to live in Tire/İzmir,

Job Descrıptıon

• Manage and provide full performance of the quality control teams in any duty assigned to them by any processes of the company.
• Support and all departments in performing their quality control duties and train them when necessary.
• Follows up all related national and international standards, and in case of changes; plans changes with his supervisor. Drives annual internal audit and follows up corrective and preventive actions.
• Support the review, update, and implementation of procedures to ensure compliance to regulations and standards.
• Performs the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits
• Prepares monthly quality control reports and presents monthly Production and Quality evaluation presentations
• Providing Quality support to Operation daily activities.
• Collaborates with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place.
