Our client, a digital thinking company working for global companies and brands to define their digital strategies, is looking to add a Digital Project Manager to its team.

The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for developing the strategy and successfully executing it across their business, ensuring smooth overall account operations and collaborators across a range of disciplines.

Job Description:

• Leading a work stream in client engagement by managing new & ongoing digital business projects,
• Collaborating with partners & team to create business & experience strategies,
• Defining the approach and scope of projects (goals, deliverables, schedule), structure project and timelines and provide team direction,
• Organizing and elevating findings from multiple sources into a clear, concise and compelling presentation of insights, competitor & trend analysis and recommendations,
• Supporting in conducting in-depth interviews & focus groups with target customers for a new proposition,
• Supporting in facilitating workshops with clients to create a vision for the future of their business,
• Working with experience & visual designers to ideate and bring new experiences to life and technology designers to make it happen,
• Collaborating well and take ownership for the projects to work across different groups and disciplines to push work forward
• Ensuring the delivery of all deliverables on time, on budget and of the highest quality,
• Leading internal and external meetings and keeping projects and business on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,
• Having minimum 2 years of experience in consulting, strategy and/or managing brand and digital marketing & design projects,
• Being fluent in spoken and written English,
• Eager to find solutions at the intersection of business, marketing and technology,
• Knowledge of Agile project management is an asset.
