Service Engineer

Your main mission is to organize the Field Service Team in order to provide the best technical service to customers.

You operate on any kind of diesel engines and applications. 

You may perform diagnostic and repairs on site or in the Workshop.

Your main missions:

• Prepare and optimize workshop schedule on weekly and daily basis
• Control activities that are performed in all Workshops
• Control all parts flows within the Workshops
• Provide technical support to Field Service Technicians either remotely or on site
• Provide Technical Support to the OEMs for Pre - Service jobs in the OEMs' facilities
  
• Prepare Technical Reports for PERKINS
• Provide the best support for Service Sales teams in different Branches
• Ensure the Field Service Technicians respect all corporate policies and rules

Required Qualifications: 

• Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Experience in Diesel Engines
• Advanced level of English
• French is an Asset
• Military Service Completed
• B Class Driving Licence
• No limitations for travelling 
• Organised, good communication skills, customer-oriented approach
