Your main mission is to organise the Field Service Team and give your support for warranty issues, in order to contribute to the business volume and trade margin development.

You operate on every kind of engines and applications (public works, agricultural, material handling, marine, etc.). As a PERKINS Diesel engine expert, you can perform the diagnostic and repairs on site or in workshop.

Your main missions:

• Ensure the Field Service Technicians respect all corporate policies and rules
• Prepare and optimize workshop schedule weekly and daily
• Optimize Field Service Technicians scheduling
• Control activities that are performed within the central workshop (such as overhaul of engine)
• Control all parts flows within the workshop
• Provide technical support to Field Service Technicians, remotely and/or on site
• If necessary support Field Service Technicians in the field
• Technical support to the OEMs for Pre-service issues in the OEM facility
• Technical support to End user in the Field

Your profile:

• Graduated in Mechanical Engineering
• 2/3 years’ experience on a similar position
• Real technical skills in Diesel engines
• Organised, diplomat, customer-oriented and responsible
• English would be nice to have
