POSCO ASSAN TST is a joint venture company founded between POSCO, Kibar Holding and Posco Daewoo. POSCO is one of the biggest steel companies in the world. POSCO ASSAN TST produces high quality stainless steel for the first time in Turkey. 

We are looking for a "METALLURGICAL AND MATERIALS ENGINEERS" for our Production and Quality Departments.

• University degree on Metallurgical and Materials Engineering 
• 1-3 years of experience preferably in steel industry
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and preferably statistical applications (SPSS, SAS, Minitab etc.)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001-2015, IATF 16949, IACSISO 9001-2015, IATF 16949, IACS, PED,CPR (for Quality positions)
• Good command of English 
  
• Result oriented and analytical thinking 
• Excellent problem solving, analytical skills and attention to detail 
• Military service must be completed for male candidates 
  
• Locating in or willing to relocate to Kocaeli

JOB DESCRIPTION 

Production;

• Control and monitor standart operation procedures
• Cooperation related departments for improvements
• Minimizing the production cost and loses

Quality;

• Manage to Quality Systems and certification process
• Analyze the defects and suggest the solution 
• Make an quality analysis report(incl. prompt report) 
• Manage the Mechanical Test Lab
