Freight Coordinator

Qualifications:

•          Preferably bachelor’s degree in International logistics, International trade or related fields.
•          Having experience in road freight transportation is an asset
•          Having strong organization and planning skills.
•          Minimum upper intermediate level of both written and spoken English,
•          Spanish is also preferable
•          Good command of Microsoft Excel.
•          Willing to work cooperatively as a team member.
•          Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
•          Having high customer management skills and being customer oriented.
•          Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities

Job Description:

•          Following daily open orders and make sure about their logistical organization.
•          Entering data and updating them daily
•          Keeping records and using attention to details
•          Negotiating with clients to effectively grow cost-effective partnership
•          Keeping the clients up to date regarding their shipments
•          Working hours are between 14.00 and 23.00
