QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial, Food, Electricity, MechanicalEngineering.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP programs
• Minimum 6 years of experience in purchasing preferably in F&B, Restaurants or FMCG sector.
• Experienced in direct materials and servise purchasing, planning, stock control.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills,
• Proactive and have analytical mindset
• Positive attitude, result oriented approach and strong team player,
• Ability of spoken and written English,
• Able to make reports and prepare contracts
• Able to check the suitability of products and orders to the project
• Have planning and organizational skills
• İmproved problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ensuring that all Purchasing activities are carried out at appropriate cost, quality and time, starting from supplier selection to invoice control and payment tracking.
• Ensuring the preparation of price indices by conducting market research
• Proceeding in compliance with procedures, purchasing methods and regulations in all processes, and ensuring effective follow-up and coordination at every stage of the processes.
• Having research and negotiation skills, entrepreneurial, result-oriented, strong human relations, open to learning new technologies, able to keep sector knowledge up-to-date,
• Have a commercial perspective

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Carrying out contract, specification control, price agreement, etc. processes with supplier-legal coordination and submitting them for approval
• Technical examination and interpretation of the materials to be purchased
• Evaluating the offers received and preparing comparison tables
• Following product return processes. Identifying and resolving problems that may occur after purchase
• To decide from which company the product or service will be purchased at the most affordable price in accordance with the created purchasing request and to select the company and submit it to the approval of the senior manager
• Preparing long or short term order programs
• Make competetive Pricing agreements for all kind of buying needs (direct materials and services)
• Execution of planing, ordering and stock management operations
• Follow the  developments, innovations in the sector and carry out activities that will create efficiency
• Assure longterm and predictable pricing protocols for core products
• Follow-up and ensure effective supplier management and negotiate with new suppliers
• To be ERP team member for whole procurement 
• Report and Assist all direct procurement process in cooperation with related functions
• Track purchasing prices according to budget
• Conduct Supplier Development Process and supplier assessments
