R&D Executive

POLISAN KANSAI BOYA, one of the Polisan Holding Group companies, started its production activities in 1985 and provides paint production and sales services in its new generation factory in GEBKİM. We are looking for an 'R&D Executive' to be assigned to the R&D department within Polisan Kansai Boya.

• Graduated from the Chemistry and Chemical Engineering departments of universities,
• Preferably with a Master's or Doctorate degree,
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D in paint industry,
• Preferably knowledgeable about Decorative Segment Paint ,
• Advanced English proficiency,
• Able to perform problem solving skills and crisis management,
•  Team player with a natural ability to lead,
• Strong communication skills; Have the ability to listen to functional requirements and translate them into a workable action plan,
•  We welcome applications from candidates with strategic thinking skills and strong coordination skills.

• Carrying out R&D and product development projects,
• Conducting customer trials of newly developed products
•  Following market trends and literature and designing and executing projects for product types appropriate to the data obtained here,
•  Making and reporting competitor product comparisons based on analysis results and performance evaluations,
• Taking an active role in coordination with the relevant departments/units at all stages of the supplier relations process, such as determining the purchasing data of the raw materials and materials used in the work area, selection, evaluation and tracking of suppliers,
•  To prepare all information regarding the introduction, description, use, storage and safety of the product before it is placed on the market,
• Carrying out national and international funded projects
• Creating academic and industrial networks both locally and internationally, Develop and recommend business and delivery plans based on existing technical results and capabilities.
